Wang met actress Liu Zixuan at a plastic surgery clinic, when she went for a check-up after a breast enlargement, and they bonded over their mutual love of going under the knife.
The couple invited photographers on their date, and Wang Lei was said to oblige the photo requests from unlikely fans.
Liu Zixuan recently attracted attention after announcing that her decision to have a boob job was motivated by the fact that Wang Sicong, the son of China’s richest man, had announced he was attracted to a large chest.
Mr Sicong is known for his extravagant purchases– and recently purchased two £800 Apple Watches for his dog.
