A man has constituted nuisance to his neighbour after he allegedly pushed his penis through the letter box of the complainant’s door and dangling it in a possible attempt to seduce him.
Graeme Swan,33, was arrested on charges of indecent exposure according to police operatives in Scotland.
He was arraigned before the Edinburgh Sheriff Court, but pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him in the court on Wednesday, March 18, 2015.
Investigations further disclosed that after the exposure of his genitals, Swan went ahead to masturbate while standing in the communal hallway of the property in Viewcraig Gardens.
Swan is also facing charges for not informing the police of a change of address within three days after being placed on the sex offender registry, World Wide Weird News reports.
