Remember the man who was caught having sex on the beach while families including a 3-year-old child looked on in a broad daylight?, he has finally been jailed for two and half years.
40-year-old Jose Caballero and 21-year-old Elissa Alvarez were filmed having a moment of pleasure at Bradenton Beach in Florida’s Manatee County in July 2014.
A judge on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 sentenced him to imprisonment after he was convicted in May 2015 of two counts of lewd and lascivious behaviour, according to reports.
During the session, some lawyers argued that the couple were not actually having sexual intercourse per se, claiming that the woman was dancing atop her boyfriend to awaken him.
“It takes a certain type of person to do that in front of children a few feet away,” said Assistant State Attorney Anthony Dafonseca.
According to prosecutors, they decided to make his sentence harsher because he had been detained for eight years for drug trafficking offence and must nor register as a sex offender.
