An apparently angry man had filed for a divorce and successfully ended the union with his wife after she gave birth to a baby girl which he felt was incredibly ugly.
Jian Feng from Chinese descent accused his wife of sleeping with other men asides him which perhaps produced a baby with such a face.
He went for a DNA test to determine the paternity of the baby and was shocked when the result proved that he was the real father of the baby, according to Irish Times.
It was after the test that the woman revealed an age-long secret of how she went through cosmetic surgery worth about $100,000 before they had met to so as to look beautiful.
Heartbroken Feng subsequently sued his wife for false pretense as he married her out of pure love thinking she was naturally beautiful.
He said, “I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.
Feng won the case and the wife was made to pay the sum of $120,000 as compensation.
