In the legal world, judges, counsels and people have heard all sought of defences that accused persons come up with, ranging from the believable to the completely inexcusable.
According to reports, 36 year old William Miller who was arrested and charged in May 2014 for sexually assault one woman in Iowa City. He allegedly removed his victim’s pants when she was sleeping and started having sex with her. The police say that he been drinking with the victim earlier on in the night alongside a friend of her’s.
Miller was interrupted in the act by the victim’s friend who took her to the hospital for medical testing while he left the premises.
When questioned by police officials, Miller in his defence said the victim was “not even rapable” by his standards.
