Enough with cakes, cookies, and sandwiches.
I decided this weekend to bring you some recipes of popular Nigerian snacks and they are surprisingly simple to make.
Puff-Puff and chin-chin are fried snacks made with all purpose flour while moi-moi is a black-eyed beans snack. There are varieties of puff-puff, some are called buns.
They are all so filling that some people eat them as a meal. Moi moi is particularly rich and is mostly eaten as a side dish or a main meal.
