Lamar Odom is in critical condition after being found unconscious at Dennis Hof’s “Love Ranch South” in Pahrump, Nevada.
Sources at the brothel (which is 100 per cent legal in the state of Nevada) reveal that the former NBA player arrived on Saturday and had been partying for days, all the while using an herbal substitute for Viagra.
Odom’s representative tells Us Weekly exclusively that many of the reports about his condition are false.
“Family and friends are extremely concerned for Lamar,” Odom’s long time publicist and friend, Eve Sarkisyan, tells Us in a statement. “Please don’t listen to the false information being circulated unofficially. Please respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time.”
TMZ Sports reps spoke with Hof himself, who says that on Tuesday afternoon, a woman entered into Odom’s VIP suite to him find him unconscious. The woman reportedly rolled him over, only to find “mucous-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth,” and screamed for the manager, who called 911.
According to a statement from Nye County Sheriff Sharon A. Wehrly, Odom was stabilized and taken to Desert View Hospital in nearby Pahrump.
CBS News reports that officials intended to have the ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian flown to a Las Vegas hospital, but the six-foot-10-inch athlete was too tall to fit in to the available helicopter, and was instead driven by ambulance.
The news “isn’t shocking,” a Kardashian family source told E! News, “but it is sad.” The insider also claims that Khloe had cut off contact with her ex during the summer, but has been “worried about Lamar for a very long time.”
Commenting on Odom’s condition, a source tells TMZ: “It doesn’t look good.”
