Meanwhile, a Russian TV editor who protested the war in Ukraine live on air, has been fined 30,000 roubles (£215) by a Russian court, according to reports.
Marina Ovsyannikova was charged with the “organisation of an unauthorised public event”, various Russian media outlets said on Tuesday.
