Remember the case of Tony Aluko, a former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain who went on Channels TV and made shocking allegations against Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State.
Following the allegations that went from from party to the other including Aluko being charged for perjury at an Ekiti Court, it looks like peace has finally come between the governor and Aluko who was said to be sponsored by the All Progressives Congress (APC). In a video delivered to The Trent by email, Governor Fayose and Aluko are seen addressing the press on Sunday, April 3, 2016.
“I’m the father of all, for whatever that happened, I’m the father and I should accommodate everybody. Aluko remains my boy, my son,” Fayose tells journalists in the video.
“There is peace. This is about peace,” Aluko says.
