And Khloe Kardashian finally got some good news in relation to the split this week, with reports suggesting she has finally sold the former marital home she shared with Lamar for a $1.5million profit.
The 29-year-old and her basketball player ex had originally listed the sprawling property in Tarzana, California, for $4million, but eventually made a sale at the new price of $5.49 million.

And, according to reports, the new owners of the mansion are none other than The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and her husband Ryan Sweeting, who wed on New Year’s Eve.

Khloe and Lamar purchased the house together in 2009 for $3.95million.
‘The couple is now seeking to officially dissolve ownership of their seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 8,000 square foot Tarzana mansion,’ real estate website Trulia reported.
‘It was rumored to be a secret pocket listing since November 2013, but now it is officially for sale on the open market.’
The stunning Mediterranean style home that is surrounded by palm trees and has a sizeable motor court accented by a fountain, is located in a gated community.
The property also offers a pool, hot tub, and views of downtown Los Angeles.
The home was shown off extensively on the E! reality show Khloe & Lamar.
It’s where Khloe cooked for Lamar’s father Joe in their spacious kitchen, and also where the beauty tried to spice things up with the former Laker in their luxurious bedroom.
Her brother Rob was also living at the home for several years, taking one of the bedrooms. And best friend Malika Haqq was a frequent visitor.
