A former Judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa has passed on at the age of 96.
Justice Oputa, father of Charles Oputa, died peacefully on Sunday, May 4, 2014 after a brief illness, his family announced.
He was the chairman of the famous Oputa Panel.
May his soul rest in peace.
