Displaying a significantly curvier bust, the 46-year-old’s perky decolletage seemed to defy the effects of gravity, sparking speculation she may have gone under the knife.
Just two days later, the Oscar winning actress raised yet more eyebrows when she slipped into a conservative black number – the high neckline on the frock doing little to downplay her bountiful assets.

The Grace Of Monaco star’s more voluptuous figure was first noticed when she graced the red carpet at the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball in Melbourne last week.
Accompanied by her husband Keith Urban, Nicole showed off considerable cleavage in her nude-coloured Prada dress.
At one point she even came in danger of a wardrobe malfunction when she bent forward while laughing along with a couple of costumed cast members from stage musical Wicked.
The Academy Award winner, who is known for her slender frame, may have been able to put her busty appearance down to cleavage-enhancing padding in the first instance, but slipping into a figure-hugging frock at a promotional event in Shanghai on Sunday, it was evident Nicole wasn’t wearing a bra.
The MailOnline reached out to a representative of the mother-of-four who had no comment.
Last year the Australian-born performer proclaimed she was ‘completely natural’, saying she only once dabbled in Botox, but her puffy, wrinkle-free face at the Cannes Film Festival last month led some to suggest she had returned to the trend.
She told Italian newspaper La Repubblica in February 2013: ‘No surgery for me; I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again.’
Nicole made a brief trip to Shanghai, China, to promote her new film Grace Of Monaco.
Jetting out of the bustling city on Monday, The Other actress looked smart in a tailored pair of black pants and peplum style top.
With a heavy coat draped over her shoulders, she clutched a black tote and slipped a matching pair of low pumps onto her toes.
Looking her usual immaculate self, Nicole wore a slick of mascara and lashings of pink lipstick.
