A serious accident occurred on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos on Tuesday January 7th 2014, according to reports.
The accident involved a Black Prado SUV which had three people on board. According to reports, the vehicle lost its tires while on high speed, causing the driver to lose control.
The three people in the car reportedly lost their lives on the spot.
The accident caused heavy traffic on both lanes of the bridge.
The accident was reported by eyewitnesses on Twitter.
