A considerable degree of chaos has broken out in the Ijanikin Otto community at Ijanikin area of Lagos State as a 16-year-old boy on Monday, July 27, 2015 murdered a 4-year-old boy in cold blood.
The murderer identified as Tajudeen Azeez killed the deceased, Ibrahim Jamiu Hassan, in the morning behind Anglican Primary School in the area.
Neither the reason behind the gruesome murder nor the mode with which he committed the crime have been ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
