Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot, is one of the hopeful candidates in the state elections currently going on across the nation.
The actor, who is contesting to represent Surulere Constituency seat in the Lagos House of Assembly, on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) allegedly bribed voters at a polling unit in his constituency.
