Boko Haram gunmen have attacked three Borno villages killing 35 people, a military source and residents told AFP on Thursday.
Dozens of Boko Haram gunmen, dressed in military uniform, invaded the border villages of Gumushi, Amuda and Arbokko with all-terrain vans and motorcycles.
The gunmen opened fire on residents and threw petrol bombs into homes setting them ablaze, sources said.
This is a developing story. More updates will be posted as they come.
