Singer Janet Jackson is set to return to the music industry with a new album, a proposed world tour and a new movie.
The singer and actress revealed this in a Vimeo video she tweeted on her 49th year birthday on Saturday, May 16, 2015. This album is coming seven years after her 10th album, Discipline, was released in 2008.
Janet made the announcement in a voice-over statement underneath a music studio visuals.
