Wild excitement reigned in the city of Asaba over the weekend as some of Nigeria’s finest R & B artists, Iyanya, Sheyi Shay, Frank De Nero, and 10 other emerging artists thrilled the audience at the Cupid Concert 2014 which held at the prestigious Lamibele Place Asaba.
The event which was put together by Palmira Innovations an events and marketing company was compered by popular comedian Frank D Don and co compere Baba Wale. The day was memorable for igniting love and relationship across all age brackets of the young, the elderly and professionals within Asaba and environs.
According to the Project Director of the Show, Anne Omezi, ‘’the concert the first of its kind in Asaba aimed at replicating in Asaba the same quality entertainment as common in Lagos and other big cities across the world. She maintained that the concert will be held annually whilst urging brands desirous of reaching out to their target markets to take advantage of the Cupid Concert Platform.
The concert featured fashion runway and fashion exhibition with such leading brands as United Bank for Africa, (UBA) Harmony foam, RainOil and many others as partners to the event.
