Darius Ishaku, the Taraba State governor, has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle of his executive council members.
Governor Ishaku in a statement issued on Monday, February 7, 2022, by his Chief Press Secretary, Iliya Bekyu, sacked two commissioners.
They are Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Danjuma Adamu, and his counterpart in Commerce, Trade, and Industries, Yusuf Njeke Tanimu.
The governor thereafter directed the Commissioner of Science and Technology, Alhassan Hamman Gassol to oversee the Ministry of Information and Reorientation while the Commissioner of Cooperative and Poverty Alleviation, Jethro Yakubu Zikenyu will be in charge of the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industries.
