The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has finally announced April, 27 as the date set aside for the enforcement of the ban on Fulani cow meat in the southeast.
Also, the group in a statement by its media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful to journalists on Monday, April 11, 2022, disclosed that enforcement of the ban on open grazing in the zone would take effect simultaneously.
Powerful advised anybody dealing in cow business in the southeast to have a ranch. He warned that any cow seen after the date will be treated as contraband.
