The Independent National Electoral Commission’s National Commissioner for Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo states, Gladys Nwafor on Friday, April 17, 2015 issued the Certificate Of Return to Enugu state’s Governor-elect Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and all other newly elected members of the National Assembly.
Ugwuanyi who was over joyed said, ” The people of Enugu state have spoken and God endorsd it, on behalf of other elected officials, I pledge that we will render selfless services to our people to take the state higher”
Those who received the certificate of return include, Governor-elect Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and his deputy Cecelia Ezeillo, Senator Ike Ekweremadu Enugu West, who was absent at the occasion; Senator Gil Nnaji, Enugu East and Senator Chukwuma Utazi Enugu North.
For the Reps position were Hon. Toby Okechukwu, Awgu/Aninri-Oji-River; Denis Agbo, Udi Ezzeagu; Stella Ngwu, Igbo Etiti/ Uzo-Uwani; Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam, Nkanu East/West; Kingsley Ebenyi Enugu East/Isi-Uzo and Chime Orji-Enugu North/ South
