29-year-old female triplets have tied the knots same day, same venue and at the same ceremony on Saturday, March 28, 2015.
The trio of Rafaela, Rochele and Tagiane Bini from Passo Fundo in southern Brazil also wore similar wedding dresses to mark their big day as they exchanged vows with their men, Rafael, Gabriel and Eduardo.
The only visible difference among the identical triplets are the bouquets as they were even wearing the same hairstyle and make up.
Even though the grooms were all able to identify their wives at first, they had fears that there might be a mix up during the exchange of vows.
One of the grooms, Rafael who got married to Rafaela said the three brides occasionally confused them deliberately.
He said, “There was a time when we were all in the kitchen making dinner. So Rochele, who is Gabriel’s, was doing stuff at the sink, and Rafaela was at the stove. We were there chatting and they changed places. I went behind to hug her, and said “oops” when I realised I’d got the wrong girl.”
According to Daily Mail, the parents of the brides, Pedro and Salete, already had one daughter, Liziele, when they decided to increase the family – but never imagined three more girls would come at once.
Their mum, Salete disclosed how she passed out when she was told she was expecting triplets.
Rafaela was the first to find her husband, Rafael, ten years ago while she was in the university while Rochele met hers a year later.
The third lady, Tagiane got engaged to Eduardo much later which prompted their parents to suggest they all tied the knots same day.
Their dad, Pedro, a farmer, was initially confused on how he would walk his three daughters down the aisle at the same time.
He later decided to walk them halfway down the church and then pick them one after another to the alter.
He said: “We decided that we would all walk down the aisle until half way down the church. From there, I would take one at a time.”
The eldest of the triplets, Tagiane, was the first to be taken to the altar by their father.
She recalled how emotional she felt.
She said.”I tried to hold back my emotion, but I couldn’t. To see my dad there, at that moment, was a feeling I can’t explain.”
