Gabrielle Union was picked as one of People’s Most Beautiful People of 2013. She joined the ranks of Halle Berry, Kelly Rowland and Kerry Washington in the issue dedicated to the hottest stars in Hollywood.
While showing off that flawless skin and toned body in the exclusive photo shoot, she dished some tea on how she found the fountain of youth:

She tells the magazine:
I started drinking a gallon of water a day [in my mid-thirties.] It changed everything from weight maintenance, to hair, skin, nails and digestion. Plus, I stay younger by dating younger.
She added:
Dip into the kiddie pool, ladies! It worked for me!
In an interview with Essence.com, Union revealed some of her beauty secrets. She emphasised on drinking a lot of water which boosts radiant skin.
She added: “… I generally don’t have major skin flare-ups because I’m so hydrated. Substitute soda, juice, and any sort of sugary drink out of your diet. That’s been the best and easiest secret.”
The Think Like A Man actress, who is now 41, just got engaged to 31 year-old Miami Heat basketball player Dwyane Wade on Saturday December 21st 2013.
Speaking on her beauty icons Union said:
Growing up, I was obsessed with Janet Jackson. I still am. I love Diana Ross. Kerry Washington and Sanaa Lathan have great skin. But I’m more about inner beauty so most of my beauty icons are people that I know and have met and I can confirm that they are nice and also happen to be beautiful.
