The Katsina state police command has arrested three teenage boys who gang-raping and killing a 13-year-old girl on August 14, 2020.
Spokesperson of the state police command, SP Gambo Isah, who paraded the suspects on August 19, disclosed their ages are between 15 and 16.
The suspects have confessed to the crime detailing how they carried out the gruesome act.
They took turns to rape the deceased then threw her into a pond where she drowned.
The victim’s body was later discovered and taken to Danmusa Hospital, where she was confirmed dead.
