A hospital staff has claimed he captured a very spooky picture of what appears to be a ghostly figure near a children’s ward during a night shift.
21-year-old Andrew Milburn who just returned from a career break said he was having a chat with his girlfriend at Leeds General Infirmary on Friday, June 12, 2015.
According to the story, Milburn had sent a photo of the hospital’s corridor to his girlfriend possibly to earn her trust by proving he was already at work.
Milburn told Mirror UK that he had no idea that the picture actually appeared to show this ghostly looking figure at the Clarendon Wing of the hospital.
He said, “My girlfriend asked me to prove I was at work so I sent her a picture as I walked to my office.
“Unbeknown at the time it appears that I captured a ghost figure in the corridors.
“I have since put this picture on Facebook, it has received thousands of likes and comments and has been shared as far as America.
“It has also been shared on to paranormal investigator groups, many of which believe the picture is real.”
He disclosed further that the room in which the ghostly figure appeared to be walking into is where the switchboard works.
Milburn explained that some of his colleagues at the hospital claimed they heard footsteps at the spot when no-one was actually there.
He said, “There have been a few odd things.
“Now people are a bit scared, and apprehensive about going to the loo.
“I didn’t used to believe in ghosts. “I was always a skeptic.”
