Despite being the PFA player of the 2014/2015 premier league season, Eden Hazard has had a below par season this term.
According to a report by Daily Mail, the 24-year-old has informed fans of his decision to leave Chelsea. The Belgian was reportedly unhappy during Mourinho’s tenure and it appears things have not gotten better for him under interim manager, Guus Hiddink.
European giants such as Real Madrid and PSG are rumoured to be interested in the Chelsea star.
