Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state has appointed a new Secretary to the State Government, SSG, shortly after the resignation of the former.
The former SSG, Ifedayo Abegunde resigned on Monday, July 6, 2020 in a letter addressed to the governor.
In the letter titled “Letter of Resignation Effective 6th July 2020”, Abegunde wrote, “I, Hon. Ifedayo Sunday Abegunde, the Secretary to the State Government of Ondo State hereby tender my letter of resignation.”
Following his resignation, Governor Akeredolu appointed Temitayo Oluwatuyi as the new SSG.
Akeredolu tweeted: “Today, I announced the appointment of Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi “Tukana” as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) to resume immediately following the resignation of Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde.”
