The Rivers State Governor, Barr. Nyesom Wike has appointed Kenneth Kobani, as the Secretary to the Rivers state Government, Chief Emeka Woke as the new Chief of Staff alongside Felix Obuah as the Sole Administrator of Rivers State Waste Management.
Wike announced the appointment of Felix Obuah after he had paid an unscheduled visit on Thursday, June 4, 2015 to the office of the waste management agency.
Felix Obuah was the Rivers State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, and has been given 72 hours to clear the garbage all over the state.
The Assistant Publicity Secretary to Nyesom Wike’s Campaign Organisation, Opunabo Inko-Tariah who has also become the Special Adviser to the Governor (Media) read the statement confirming that the appointments takes effect immediately.
Kenneth Kobani once served as the Honourable Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment.
