Nigeria’s Under-17 male football team Golden Eaglets beat an Argentine Under-20 team, Racing Club 3-1 on Monday, October 12, 2015 in what was their second and last warm-up match before heading to the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
Victor Osimhen scored a brace for the Super Eagles while Samuel Chukwueze scored the third. Racing’s only goal of the game was scored by Gutiares.
The Eaglets are expected to jet off to Santiago on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 for the FIFA U-17 World Cup which holds in Chile between October 17 and November 8, 2015.
Nigeria is drawn in Group A alongside USA, Croatia and hosts, Chile. The Eaglets first game of the competition comes up against the United States on Saturday, October 17.
