Nollywood producer and director Tchidi Chikere got married to his actress girlfriend, Nuella Njubigbo on Saturday, March 30, 2014 in Anambra state.
The couple tied the knot amid controversy over Chikere’s split from his first wife Sophia Chikere, also a Nollywood actress.
Njubigbo was accused of being the cause of the divorce, which she released a statement saying she got together after Chikere divorced his wife.
Chikere’s estranged wife responded to the statement stating that Njubigbo actually caused their split.
On Sunday morning, the movie producer tweeted: “Glad for the family I cm frm n hw I was raised. I won’t respond to TOUTS who judge issues they know NOTHING about. Glad I m nw MARRIED.”
