Police officials have arrested a randy 33-year-old gay prisoner for allegedly raping another male prisoner while he slept.
The accused who lacked evidence was charged and found guilty of rape by prosecutors in the United Arab Emirates.
According to the police investigation, A.A., waited for his fellow inmate to take medication that put him into a deep sleep and then raped him, World Wide Weird News reports.
The 23-year-old victim A.D., said that he took five tablets including sleeping pills that were prescribed by his psychiatrist in the evening of the fateful day only to wake up the next morning to see the accused behind him.
In his ruling, the judge stated that the accused would not be convicted until the prosecutors provided enough evidence.
