NEW YORK, USA – Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces a fresh wave of accusations after a former employee, Phillip Pines, filed a civil lawsuit claiming he was coerced into organising and cleaning up after extravagant sex parties tagged ‘Wild King Nights’ for the Bad Boy Records founder.
The lawsuit, filed on December 23, 2024, comes amid Combs’ ongoing legal battles over multiple allegations of abuse, trafficking, and misconduct.
Details of the Lawsuit
Pines, who alleges he worked for Combs from 2019 to 2021, claims in the lawsuit that he was required to facilitate and later clean up after events referred to as “Wild King Nights.”
These parties allegedly involved drug use, sexual activity, and the use of specialised equipment.
According to the complaint, Pines was instructed to prepare rooms with items including red lights, alcohol, marijuana, “honey packs” for male libido, baby oil, sex toys, and “power banger sex machines.”
“On several occasions, [Pines] would receive a request to bring extra baby oil, astro glide, marijuana, sex toys, Plan B, Cialis or illegal drugs to the room,” the lawsuit states.
Pines also alleges that he was responsible for removing evidence such as condoms, bodily fluids, and drug paraphernalia from the scenes after the events.
Additionally, he claims he was tasked with erasing incriminating videos from Combs’ personal devices and ensuring no attendees spoke about the gatherings.
The complaint further alleges that Pines was coerced into participating in sexual activities at Combs’ behest and claims the rapper treated him as a “personal lackey.”
The lawsuit also includes an allegation that Combs knowingly concealed having COVID-19 during his 51st birthday celebration, where Pines was reportedly told to remain silent about the risk of exposure after a celebrity guest contracted the virus.
Combs’ Legal Battles
This latest lawsuit is part of a growing list of civil and criminal complaints against Combs.
He was indicted in September on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
Currently in custody, Combs is awaiting a criminal trial scheduled for May 2025.
Combs’ legal team has denied all allegations.
In a statement to PEOPLE, his representatives said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The lawsuit follows a series of legal actions initiated after Combs’ ex-partner, Cassie Ventura, accused him of abuse in November 2023.
