A unnamed Thailand father has reportedly killed his 9-year old son on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 after beating him because he failed to complete his homework.
Police officials in Thailand revealed that the boy had lied to his father claiming that he completed the homework only for the father to discover an incmplete homework under the son’s bed.
According to a police Spokesperson Chayanont Ungaew of Phayao Police Department, in Phayao, 500km north of Bangkok, the father confirmed that he had been drinking and that he killed the son out of anger due to an incomplete homework.
He has been arrested by the police and will be prosecuted by the law for assault and murder of his son.
