A gubernatorial aspirant on the platorm of the All progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Victor Olabintan has been reportedly kidnapped by unknown assailants who had dressed like soldiers.
According to PM News, Olabintan, who is a former speaker of Ondo state House of Assembly, was said to have been abducted in Abuja while on his way from Akure, the Ondo state capital.
Announcing the kidnap was the Secretary of Olabintan’s campaign organisation, Gboyega Ajayi, who availed that his principal was kidnapped at Kwali after he was flagged down at a military checkpoint by fake soldiers who turned out to be kidnappers.
