Facebook Threatens To Delete Sahara Reporters Page, Here’s Why (LOOK)

Must read

Authorities of Facebook social media have issued a threat to Sahara Reporter’s warning them of a possible deletion of their fan page from their site after the ill publication of Senate President Bukola Saraki’s UK Passport on Sunday, July 28, 2015.

In the publication, Sahara Reporters claimed that Saraki is not a Nigerian citizen because he has a UK passport.

This did not go down well with the authorities of Facebook who first deleted the photos and then threatened to unpublish Sahara Reporters’ page from their site if they exhibit such behaviour again.

Sahara Reporters made the threat known via a Tweet on their Twitter page on Monday, June 29, 2015.

They wrote, “Facebook just removed Bukola Saraki UK passport from our page with a threat to unpublish our Fanpage. What’s wrong with Facebook?”

Although it appears like they took the Tweet down, some fast fingers already got a good grab before hand.
