Following the three match ban which the English FA slammed on Chelsea’s Diego Costa for violent conduct, the football club has released a press statement.
Chelsea has declared their disappointment in the FA’s decision to ban Costa over his altercations and actions during the Arsenal game.
The brief statement reads:
“We are extremely disappointed with the FA Regulatory Commission’s decision to suspend Diego Costa. We will await their written reasons before commenting further.”
Chelsea begins their English league cup defence against Walsall on Wednesday.
