Maybe this can be the story you tell your kids to convince them to say no to drugs. A 41- year old man from Ohio is in serious pain and losing a lot of blood after getting high on mushrooms and ripping off one of his most vital and private organs.
The man was in Ypsilanti Township, Mich when he made the mistake that will change his life forever. Police found him on the ground screaming with no clothes on after they responded to a burglar alarm at a local middle school, according to Sgt. Geoff Fox.
The man was bloody from his waist down, with a large chunk of his private area ripped off entirely (yes, that private part). His body parts had to be taken to the hospital with him.
“He really wasn’t saying much at all — a lot of yelling and screaming,” Fox said. “He wasn’t making sense. They couldn’t really communicate with him in terms of constructive conversation.”
The man said that he had picked up some mushrooms earlier in the day and decided to have a little fun. He doesn’t have a history of mental illness or drug use. Maybe he should look for another hobby.
“We’ve sent his blood off for further analysis to see if there was anything else, if the mushrooms could have been laced with something,” Fox said.
