Disturbing reports emerged yesterday and they involve a domestic violence charge against Bashorun Bayo Awosanya, reportedly an Ogun State politician.
Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji exposed some graphic photos of a woman said to be the wife of the Awosanya. He brutally attacked his wife at their residence in Sagamu on April 20, 2014 around 8.30pm during a domestic disagreement. His wife was rescued by the intervention of their security guard who heard her cries for help and made his way into the house.
An unnamed NGO which helps domestic violence victims made the following photos available to the press. The woman is reportedly currently receiving treatment at an unnamed Sagamu hospital.
