EPL: Van Persie Snatches Victory From Chelsea

Manchester United has succeeded in holding the EPL leading champion to a 1-1 draw at the Old Trafford on Sunday, 26 October 2014 after a 90 minutes lead of the visiting team.

The match which became the game with  most yellow card since the 2014/2015 Premier League with Chelsea bagging 7 yellow cards and one red card for Brainslav Ivanovic.

Courtois saved well from Fellaini’s header initially, although he was helpless as Van Persie slammed home the rebound to send Van Gaal’s men into next weekend’s derby against City in high spirits.

Chelsea however maintains the top position with 23 points, having a four points ahead Southampton with 19 points as Manchester stood at eight position with 13 points.
