The Enugu state House of Assembly have on Thursday, August 28, 2014 confirmed clergy man and politician, Ralph Nwoye as the new deputy governor of the state.
Nwoye will take over from the former deputy governor, Sunday Onyebuchi, was impeached on Tuesday for rearing chickens in his official quarters.
The newly appointed deputy governor is a pastor of the Christ Ascension Church in Enugu. He is also a former Local government chairman.
Nwoye is expected to be sworn into office soon.
