The WHO has affirmed that a vaccine to tackle Ebola virus and to be produced in large quantity might be available to patients in West Africa by the end of the year.
Scientists are currently test running two vaccines, although no license has been given to any for the treatment of the deadly disease.
The current outbreak is said to be the most severe in history and earlier methods of controlling the virus have failed so far as it has attacked urban areas.
