A drunk man was arrested and charged with violating a grave, public intoxication and possession of marijuana, after he allegedly dug up the grave of his father because he wanted to argue with him.
Officials of Lincoln County police in Kentucky apprehended the 44-year-old Michael May, for the act which he committed at the Pilot Baptist Cemetery on Monday, August 17, 2015.
According to an investigation by the police, records showed that the suspect’s father, Willis Green May, died over 30 years ago, precisely on Wednesday, November 23, 1983.
The suspect was booked into the Lincoln County Regional Jail, and his bail was set at $1,000.
