In this video, I discuss the decision by Professor Saida Grundy at Boston University to apologize for remarks she made about white males. I wrote an op-ed on the topic a couple of days ago, and while I certainly understand why Dr. Grundy felt the pressure to apologize, I can also use this case as an example of the dangers of our being economically dependent upon racist institutions in order to get the things that we need.
