A man who found it difficult to come to terms with the fact that his 18-year-old daughter,Loredana Chivu modeled nude for Playboy Magazine decided to end it all by taking his own life.
According to Mirror UK, Chivu who is a Romanian model decided to bare it all by stripping entirely for the country’s edition of the magazine.
Her disappointed father suddenly stopped talking to her after seeing the photos and tried to create a big distance between her and the rest of the family.
She said, “He stopped speaking to me, he was pretty upset.
“When he found out what I had done he cut himself off from the world and tried to isolate me as well from the rest of the family.
“I thought he would get over it and I never expected he would do something like kill himself.”
All efforts made by Chivu to mend fences with her father proved abortive as he never gave her the chance.
A few months later,Chivu decided to take the bulls by the horns after a protracted malice with her father by going for a reconciliation but the sight of her father hanging on a beam horrified her.
“I found him hanging from a beam in the attic. I never recovered from the shock of finding him,”
The model who is now 25 years old said she is yet to recover from the shock and wished she got a chance to speak with her dad before he ended his life.
“We had always been close and talked every day and suddenly that stopped after the photographs.”
“Even after all this time I find it hard to come up with words to talk about it, it is still too painful. I would not wish this on anyone,” she said.
“One of the worst things is not knowing – he didn’t seem to have any pressing problems at the time apart from our argument and I never would have thought he was a weak man who would take his own life,” said Chivu.
