Ben Ayade, the Governor of Cross River Sate commenced his first day in office on Monday, June 1, 2015 and led by example as he ordered members of staff at the Governor’s office in Calabar, who came late for work should be locked out outside the gates.
The workers were seen disallowed form entering their offices as they had arrived late for their duties.
It is speculated that this is not just the initial exuberance associated with a new appointment.
