A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 adjourned all cases in the suits filed against the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) General Muhammadu Buhari, shifting hearing until April 22 and 23, 2015.
Justice Adeniyi Ademola who gave the judgement moved the hearing of ten cases consolidated against General Buhari.
Lateef Fagbami and Abubakar Malaki, counsels to the APC and General Buhari respectively had asked the court to dismiss the suit, stating that it lacked jurisdiction to hear the matter.

The APC had accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of plotting to use the court to bar General Buhari from participating in the Saturday, March 28, 2015 presidential election.
