A woman is devastated over the loss of her brother, who was killed because of her failed relationship.

Thatho Mthini of Potchefstroom, South Africa, said that she and her boyfriend were in love for two years, before things went south.
The boyfriend, who was a soldier, allegedly started cheating with another woman, living nearby. When Mthini learned about the affair, she decided that she had enough, and dumped her boyfriend.
One day, he invited Mthini to his house so that they could discuss their relationship. “When I got there he started attacking me,” Mthini said.
She managed to escape and went straight to the police. The man was arrested and charged with assault. When he was released on bail, the man began harassing Mthini, and repeatedly called her.
Last Friday, the suspect was seen walking up and down the street near his girlfriend’s home, and called her to come outside to talk.
“He told me that he would burn down my house if I did not come out, but I refused. I called the police to come to my house,” Mthini said.
Just 30 minutes after the police left, neighbors came running to the family home and told Mthini’s mother that her 9-year-old son Mdumiseni, had been stabbed and was laying near bushes.
The boyfriend was arrested on murder charges while the 9-year-old boy will be laid to rest.
