Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is certainly no pushover.
Trudeau was confronted by a reporter who questioned his knowledge of science after he had announced a $50 million budget for physics at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
He launched a detailed explanation of the physics behind quantum computing, confounding the reporter and attracting a round of applause from the audience.
“Don’t get me going on this, we’ll be here all day. Trust me,” the 44-year-old prime minister quipped.
