The 2nd batch was delivered by chief of staff to the President, Abba Kyari and Senator Ita Enang, Senior Special Advisor to the Present on National Assembly Matters (Senate).
Saraki received the list in a sealed envelop in his office at the National Assembly complex.
The first batch of Buhari’s ministerial list contained 21 names and was delivered to Saraki by the same officials on September 30, 2015. The names have been the subject of controversy with several groups suggesting that some names on the list such as former Rivers Governor Rotimi Amaechi was an indication to President Buhari was not serious about fighting corruption.
