Petrol price has been increased to N151.56 per litre, Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, PPM, has said.
The PPM is the downstream subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

The notice of the increase in pump price of Petroleum Motor Spirit, PMS, was obtained in a statement from PPMC obtained by The Trent on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.
The statement signed by D.O Abalaka said: “Please be informed that a new product price adjustment has been effected on our payment platform.
“To this end, the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) is now one hundred and fifty-one naira, fifty-six kobo (N151.56k) per litre.”
He added: “This takes effect from September 2, 2020.”
This will be the second time within a space of one month that there has been a change in petrol price.
